Year in Review

A Happy New Year sign is shown.

In the course of a year, a lot can change, and that’s what’s happened at Pearson Automotive! As 2017 looms ever closer and we look back at 2016, we are amazed at how much we achieved in 365 days, and we’re proud of the fact that every achievement means an improved customer experience for you.

The most important aspect of any business is its people both customers and employees, and we celebrate their successes. On the employee side, we have added new faces to the team and promoted others into new roles. Two of these highlights include the addition of Ben Woodfill as the new Service Manager and the promotion of John Pearson to Co-General Sales Manager, starting the third generation of leadership from the Pearson family.

Because of our great team, we saw an increase in sales this year over last year. All-time records were set in Sales, Quick Lane, Pearson Wholesale Parts and Performance Collision Center. In addition to the all-time records, Auto Credit Builders had an overall increase in volume and created a new company focusing on lease here, pay here for 2017.

We are pleased to announce that all the construction disruptions in the showroom, service and parts areas are now over as renovations are complete in these areas. The remodeled facilities include the addition of four more bays to Quick Lane for even faster service, and new paint, doors and counters to the Parts department. Pearson Wholesale Parts has new lights and will soon have an expanded mezzanine. We remodeled bathrooms for both Performance Collision Center and Quick Lane. We also added high speed roll-up doors to Pearson Ford Service for increased efficiency. These doors fully open in just over one second, and add increased efficiency in heating the service drive. We also added a new paint booth, new prep stations for the Collision Center, and a drive-through car wash. Finally, and most notably, we updated the Pearson Ford showroom, bathrooms, waiting lounge, kids play area and all offices along with the exterior of the building. New illuminated signage and custom door graphics welcome all of our customers. If you have not come by our 106th St. and Michigan location recently, we welcome you to stop by and see all of the updates for yourself!

Overall, this year has been very good, especially considering the renovation disruptions. We are thrilled to celebrate our top-notch team, and our loyal customers! We look forward to making even more customer experience improvements in 2017 as we strive to be your dealer For a Lifetime. Have a safe and happy New Year!
