I have a 2002 Ford F150 that started leaking around the rear window. I called Peason Ford's body shop (collision repair) and was advised: "They could not fix or work on my truck due to the age limit." Of course, I panicked and asked to speak with the Manager. I was forwarded to Ms. Brewer, who rendered a solution to stop the leak, which she could order. I then purchased the suggested product and saw that it was a double-tube sealant and epoxy. Once I found that auto part stores, Lowe's, Home Depot and Menards, did not sell the caulk gun, I called Ms. Brewer back, who was able to get a mechanic to loan me his caulk gun. I sealed my rear window and stopped the leak. She went over and beyond to assist me. I truly appreciated that customer service towards me, a United States Marine. Thank you again, Ms. Brewer!

We found Pearson through the Costco Auto buying program. We picked the coldest day of the year to buy a car (-37), but the process was painless. Dan Patterson listened to what we wanted, found the exact car, and all within our budget. The process was straight forward and all up front.

My wife and I recently - Saturday, January 26th, 2019 - located a 2015 Honda CRV in an online search and it was located at Pearson Ford. We were looking to purchase a CRV for our daughter who is in Michigan. Upon my visit, Bill Blackstone met me at the door and very politely welcomed me and asked how he could help. He asked if anyone on line had assisted us and he explained that it is important to make sure as it has an impact on the income of someone in that role. I noticed right away that Bill was focused on helping me and doing it in a professional, friendly and personal manner. Bill at no point came across as a " hard sale " sales consultant, but more of one who wanted to offer assistance in my vehicle selection. Bill quickly found the CRV and we took the car for a test drive. Bill answered all of my questions and was very helpful at all times with any question about the car or the dealership.Upon our return Bill had introduced me to Amanda Gregor and explained that she would handle the Finance of the purchase. I returned to the dealership with my wife and the car that we trading in on the CRV. We did make the purchase and both Amanda and Bill were excellent in how the entire process took place. Again, they were extremely professional and knowledgeable, but also did it in a trusting and personal approach. Bill had covered everything regarding the CRV itself, and Amanda handled the warranty and the finances of the purchase after that. Amanda was extremely helpful regarding the warranty - which we did purchase and just as Bill handled it in an excellent manner. No pressure or any sign of " Salesmanship ". Please note that I have been in Sales and Sales Management for 35 years. My final comments on both Bill Blackstone and Amanda Gregor are that they did an outstanding job and you should be proud at the Pearson Ford Dealership to have them on your Team. I will return to purchase another vehicle from them and would highly recommend them to my family, friends, co-workers and even anyone I don't know. Zach kept in contact with me by email and phone as I continued my decision making process, never pressuring me, and always helpful. Price and features swayed my decision to buy the Fusion. The day I decided to buy, Zach worked me into his afternoon schedule. I trusted him from the start. He was very helpful throughout the process and helped me setup the technology features of the car. The dealership offered me a good price for my trade in, and at the end of the day I drove my new Ford Fusion SE Hybrid home.
