Pearson Ford always puts customers first!
Don’t take our word for it: Read our reviews and see what everyone is saying.
We are new full time RV'ers after retiring in April. We bought a used Ford F350 to pull our trailer from a dealership in Pasco WA before we headed out. We immediately started having transmission problems (they did not get a good review!). We limped along to Indiana hoping we could make it because we planned to stay there for 3 weeks visiting family. We started calling ahead to set up an appointment. We called at least 10 dealerships with service departments in the Indianapolis area and started losing hope that we could get it fixed in time to continue our planned itinerary. Then we called Pearson Ford in Zionsville and we got Bill Haygood on the line. This is a shout out to Bill. He gave us such great service. He told us he would do what he could and he did. He kept us informed along the way so we could arrange things on our end. And I am writing this review sitting in Texas and the truck is running like new. I've worked in the Customer Service Industry all my life and Bill has all of the qualities companies are looking for! We feel nothing but gratitude for the great service we got from Bill and Pearson Ford. Thank you!
Always a good experience with the Pearson Ford service department. They’re very knowledgeable and keep us informed throughout the process.
I have had issues with my expedition max platinum since day one. Which was in November 23. I bought it from Anderson ford of South Carolina. Don’t buy a soda from those folks. They can’t be trusted. So long story short took it to ford of Lafayette Indiana. That was the worst experience. After doing nothing for 4 months they told me to take it back to where I bought it. And I quote It’s their issue to fix. Or pay us out of pocket. Mind you this is a brand new $100,000 dollar vehicle. Absolute crazy sauce. I reached out to ford. They allowed me to take it to any dealer. I chose Pearson Ford. They set the appointment got me a loaner. Expedition may I add. Reached out to ford. Ford agreed to take care of everything. Amazing customer service! I don’t have my truck back yet but I feel like after months of the run around and having my truck in and out of Lafayette ford service. I want to show my appreciation. Again Thank you Pearson Ford.
Can not rave enough about how great my experience here was. Joel M in the service department was incredibly helpful, professional, courteous, and really helped me out big time. I plan to have my Fords exclusively serviced at this location moving forward thanks to his kindness and willingness to help. Joel is the man, and if you need work done on your car, he’s the guy that can get it done!
Davina was absolutely amazing to work with. She was definitely the most attentive and friendly car dealership employee I’ve ever crossed paths with. She always returned phone calls, and stayed in touch every step of the way. I would highly recommend the dealership.
I have to say this was the worst car buying experience I ever had. I bought a 2019 Toyota RAV4 from them. Everything about the car car was perfect. Had everything I wanted within my price range, and I am still very happy with my car. However, the actual process was a head ache. When I bought the car back in February, they gave me a temporary plate that expired April 7th. They said it would take 4-5 weeks to process, and that I would receive a text when the process was done. After that I would have to go to the DMV to register my car and get my plates. This, however, is not what happened. I did not receive a text until a week after my plate expired. After I received a text, I called the DMV and was told I couldn't register my car because I didn't have an active title and wouldn't have one until mid May, WAY longer than the 4-5 weeks I was told. Not sure what happened, or why it took so long to get my plates but the dealer was not of much help. I live in Illinois and drove 3 hours to get this car just to take nearly 3 months to get proper tags. Makes no sense at all. If I new I was going to go through that, I would have definitely chosen a different dealer. Lesson learn, I'm never buying a car from out of state ever again.
Recently, Pearson Ford's technical team carried out a software recall rectification on my 2023 Mustang GT/CS. The team's ability to provide services at my residential location was greatly appreciated. I was unavailable at the time, however, a confidant was present to offer them access to the garage in order to facilitate the required maintenance. I received positive feedback regarding their expert knowledge and professionalism during the quarter-hour service appointment. I can confidently assert that the technicians at Pearson Ford exceeded expectations. After having driven the car post-service, I detect a noticeable improvement in its performance. My sincere gratitude to Pearson Ford for their prompt and efficient service.
We had a fabulous experience at Pearson Ford. Our salesperson, Milakyi, was kind and attentive. I typically dread going into dealerships; however, Milakyi and the Pearson team (including Kayleigh-finance, Luke, and others) made the entire experience enjoyable! We highly recommend Pearson as you can tell they are a family owned business that strives to focus on customer service.
Drove up to Pearson Ford from Louisville, KY because they had the car I was looking for. I have bought many cars in my life, but I have to say that this was the most pleasant experience I have had buying a car! We quickly agreed upon a price and trade-in value, and they were able to beat my credit unions rate for financing by almost a 1/2 of a percent! Luke was a fabulous salesperson who even put up with my husband's bad jokes! :) Finance Manager Kayleigh was so sweet and got us right through all the paperwork!
I will preface this review with it’s usually very difficult for me to purchase a new vehicle because I’m kind of a difficult customer. I don’t like to play the games and back and forth how most dealerships conduct business. I have worked in the automotive industry previously and understand a lot of the “tricks of the trade.” I typically purchase a new vehicle then keep it until it has 150k-200k miles. Pearson Ford was by far the most pleasant and easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. I called first to confirm the vehicle I wanted was in stock. I was ready to purchase when I arrived and they already had the keys out and vehicle ready to test drive. Upon them preparing the vehicle before I arrived they noticed an animal of some kind had gotten under the hood and destroyed part of the heat shield. The vehicle was brand new with only 8 miles on it and the damage was obviously from an animal. They notified me right away and told me they already had the part in stock and had it scheduled for service. It was going to take a few days because of the weekend and since I didn’t have a trade-in they put me in one of their new vehicles to drive until my new truck was ready. They listened to my needs and met each of them intently without trying to push anything on me. Finance department did an excellent job explaining all of my options for protection and warranty for my new vehicle without pushing a specific agenda. Very friendly and family oriented dealership and I will forever be a client of Pearson Ford.
At first I was skeptical about whether or not Pearson Ford would resolve the issue I was having with a used vehicle I purchased from them, happening only months after I drove it off the lot, but John Person III reassured me they would and my doubts dissolved. Pearson Ford took care of me like one of their own family. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a good purchase and people who stand behind what they sell. Well done, thank you!
I've been very pleased working with Kyle on my MachE updates. Top level customer service, including scheduling, quality work, and communication. Thank you for the continued positive experiences.
DO NOT take your car to get repaired here. They have had our car for FOUR MONTHS and have every excuse in the book to not have it ready. I have purchased several vehicles there and will NEVER buy another car from them again.
I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I Bought a truck then they attempted to sell me an extended warranty, months after the purchase I start using my heat and it smells like rotten eggs, took it to a mechanic and the catalytic converter is bad, costing over $2,500 and come to find out if I would have purchased this wonderful warranty they attempted to peddle on me it wouldn’t have even been converted this! They responded to my first “stellar” review promising to “make things right” with this lemon of a car they sold off their lot with smiles and handshakes but when I called as implored to by the Pearson associate no answer or call back. Wonder why? They don’t care about the client and only care about selling crap cars to make a quick buck. Sad what the world has turned into.
Best experience I've ever had at a dealership! Stopped in for a 30 minute appointment, walked out two hours later with a truck. Can't say enough good things about Eliana and Michael. For once I didn't feel like I was being pushed for my money, and they both had very fun attitudes about everything. The building is very nicely laid out and the environment is very welcoming. Took advantage of the free coffee and clean bathrooms in between negotiating, which I felt bad even trying since the price was already so good. I've seen the exact same vehicle marked up $2-3k more at other places 😬 Don't even waste your time at other Ford dealers. Can't thank y'all enough for working with me!
I highly advise those looking for a used vehicle to look somewhere else. Pearson Ford does not do their due diligence to inspect vehicles before selling them to customers and/or ignored an alert. I bought a used X5 from them on 11/3 and the following day I was receiving a battery control check message. I read sometimes if a battery was recently replaced or not registered it would clear itself. Every 2-3 cranks I got the battery message. I called Pearson Ford to inform them of the issue on 11/12 and was told that Mike Cazzel was the used car manager and he would call me back. I gave Mr. Cazzel a week to return my call and he never did. After the holidays on 11/27 I took the car to BMW and turns out the car battery is going bad, it costs over $1700 to replace/register, and is currently on backorder. I called and was finally able to talk to Mr. Cazzel from the BMW dealership to inform him of the issue the X5 has. He stated he would not make a decision that day and told me he would call me back. I emailed Mr. Cazzel the invoice from BMW and date time stamp pictures showing the alert. Apparently Pearson Ford is not upholding to their values because he refuses to return my calls. I reached out to the finance manager as well and he said he would have Mr. Cazzel call me today and he has not and is off today. So I still have temp tags and looking at a $2400 bill after a brake flush, diagnostic, and battery replacement. I know this car was not properly inspected for a few reasons: the pictures they listed the vehicle with shows the tire pressure was low and the same night I had to inflate the tires, the trunk was littered with dog hair, and they attempted to remove the bulk of the tar off of it from being in a construction area but I had to invest in a $250 detail to clean it up. On top of all this my new car now sits at BMW indefinitely until the battery is off backorder. There are a couple reviews that have experienced similar issues and as you can see they only address good reviews. This is not how you do business and I strongly advise against purchasing a used car from them.
EDIT: I did get a call from the service manager, Liz. She offered her apology, and I was happy with how they wanted to correct the situation. Clearly I wasn't happy with my initial visit. But they called, wanted to make it right, and showed they care. I really did appreciated it and will be giving them another chance. What was supposed to be a simple oil change turned into a major headache. I was initially quoted an hour for the oil change. No big deal. After about an hour plus some I was told they were "done with the oil change and were going to finish up with the recall" Something to that effect. I thought they were going to be done soon. After another hour and a half I lost patience and had to find someone, who eventually brought me to the manager of the service department. She did apologize for the wait; But overall it was almost 3 hours. On my drive home, the check engine light was on. I called them (Spoke to Naomi, she was very nice and very pleasant to talk to) who did schedule to have my car picked up (The guy who drove my vehicle to and from the dealership was pleasant too) . It was determined the ford tech inputted the wrong PCM code for the powertrain. When the PCM controls things like the actual powertrain, fuel injection controls, and turbo control, yeah that is a big deal.
I took my Ford F150 King Ranch in for service. Bill Haygood was my Service Advisor. He is amazing! A ++++++ He provided Fantastic Communication and went 200% to assure I would be happy. I am delighted. Great Job Bill!
I just have to say that MY experience with John Pearson, Liz, Mike and The Team was incredible from start to finish! They’re friendly, knowledgeable and just VERY beautiful people that are Amazing at what they do! Thanks team for making MEMORABLE MOMENTS💪🏽. Stay FORD TOUGH 💪🏽😉
I got a flat tire as I exited Coxhall Gardens. I was on Towne Rd calling for someone to come and fix tire when Collin from Pearson Ford pulled up behind me and offered to help! In short order he got me on the road. He wouldn’t take a tip either. Thank you Collin and Pearson Ford!
This has been one of the most stressful car-buying experiences I have ever had. I worked with their salesman, Craig, and since my purchase, I have had multiple issues, and not a single person has assisted me. During the buying process, Craig did not clearly explain fees until I was ready to make the purchase. He promised completely false things (which I do expect from a car salesman), and never once ensured that I was satisfied with my purchase. I purchased a used vehicle from out of state and had it delivered to me. When I took it to my dealer for a quick check of things, they found clear damage that was not disclosed by the seller. Resulting in hundreds of dollars to repair. When I reached out about this, I never heard back from anyone. I was told that I needed to speak with two different people, and not once did I receive a response or a callback. The dealership I took my vehicle to, had clear documentation of the damage and I offered to send it to Pearson. However, Craig subsequently began ignoring me. I found out today that when they submitted the paperwork for the PA DMV, they did not request that the vehicle be registered, only titled. This is done on the same form as the one to request the title, so it was something that Pearson missed when sending their paperwork. I typically try to work with a business to resolve an issue before resorting to publicly expressing my issue, but since the dealership has not made any effort to communicate with me it seems this is the most reasonable option. Overall, the process was frustrating from start to finish. I am completely satisfied with the vehicle I purchased, because of the type of vehicle it is. Not because of the dealer, who was dishonest and careless in their process. It is very possible that if I had been an Indiana resident they may have treated me better because I was in the immediate area. And maybe I would have had a better experience. But I am still a customer, regardless of the state I live in. Overall, truly disappointing experience. I will never purchase with Pearson Ford again.
I have a 2002 Ford F150 that started leaking around the rear window. I called Peason Ford's body shop (collision repair) and was advised: "They could not fix or work on my truck due to the age limit." Of course, I panicked and asked to speak with the Manager. I was forwarded to Ms. Brewer, who rendered a solution to stop the leak, which she could order. I then purchased the suggested product and saw that it was a double-tube sealant and epoxy. Once I found that auto part stores, Lowe's, Home Depot and Menards, did not sell the caulk gun, I called Ms. Brewer back, who was able to get a mechanic to loan me his caulk gun. I sealed my rear window and stopped the leak. She went over and beyond to assist me. I truly appreciated that customer service towards me, a United States Marine. Thank you again, Ms. Brewer!
Couldnt ask for a better experience! Highly recommend the mobile service
I was just called by a man from Pearson Ford apologized to me for the misunderstanding a few months ago. Explained to me that they made a mistake and I should have only been charged the deductible of my policy and they will refund the difference. Not too often people or a business admit of a mistake and make it right after it's all said and done. Anyway I'm very happy about it and in another couple years when I need another truck, they will be the ones I visit first! Thanks.
Wes was very helpful and straightforward about a potential purchase on a Branco for an out of state deal. Ask for him. You won’t be disappointed.
