Reasons this certification is important:

• Technicians participate in the I-CAR® Professional Development Program, an on-going training to learn uniform procedures for collision repairs, build new skills and perfect their current skills.
• Constant expansion of technical knowledge ensures that shops are providing the most appropriate and holistic solutions for customers.
• In order to obtain Gold Class recognition, a shop must first achieve Platinum™ recognition and then maintain a high level of role-relevant training and progress technicians to the ProLevels® of I-CAR’s Professional Development Program™.
