The F-Series of Super Duty trucks are looking to redefine the heavy-duty work truck space, and this includes the new 2023 Ford F-350. This Super Duty pickup truck pushes the one-ton segment to the limits with all new features, functionality, and performance scaling to match whatever hard-hitting tasks you have lined up for your workload. A revamped powertrain line-up, all-new interior technology, and all-new exterior stylings help innovate and invigorate the F-350's 2023 model year outing.

New for the F-350 for 2023 is a refreshed powertrain line-up, consisting of two new engine options in the form of a high output 6.7-liter Power Stroke diesel engine, as well as an all-new standard 6.8-liter V8 gas engine. These new engine options are also accompanied by new exterior features, with a new fascia design for the F-350 that accommodates an aerodynamic design and an all-new C-Clamp lighting. All new 5G Wi-Fi capabilities are also introduced, along with improved Pro Power Onboard functionality.

You can get the 2023 Ford F-350 in six different trims. • Performance

The 2023 Ford F-350's performance is personified by four distinct powertrain options. The first is the all-new standard 6.8-liter V8 gas engine, giving heavy-duty pickup truck owners plenty of performance capabilities thanks to the dual equal variable camshaft timing. This new engine produces 405 hp and 445 lb-ft of torque, giving you a noticeable increase from the previous base V8 offering. Then there's the 7.3-liter V8 gas engine designed to give you the maximum available horsepower and torque in a gas-powered engine for a Ford vehicle in its class. The 7.3-liter V8 generates 430 hp and 485 lb-ft of torque, making it more than capable for whatever heavy-duty task you may want to throw at it.

Accompanying the two gas-powered engines are two turbocharged diesel options. The first is the 6.7-liter Power Stroke V8 turbo diesel, which manages 475 hp and a massive 1,050 lb-ft of torque. This is an absolutely massive amount of torque, pushing the one-ton pickup segment to its limits. If you need even more power, the 6.7-liter High-Output Power Stroke V8 turbo-diesel is the way to go. This engine manages to produce 500 hp and 1,200 lb-ft of torque, making it unmatched in its market segment as the best-in-class for maximum available torque.

Every F-350 also comes with a ten-speed automatic transmission, the AdvanceTrac anti-roll and stability management system, and a trailer brake controller. Each model is also designed to handle trailer sway control and comes with multiple drive modes. You can also configure the F-350 in several different formats, either as a rear-wheel drive, four-wheel drive, or dual rear-wheel drive. For those of you who value a high-performance pickup for more than just work, there is also the availability of the Tremor Package, which includes off-road tuned suspension, 35-inch all-terrain Goodyear Wrangler Duratrac tires, and a factory-installed lift kit, giving you everything you need to tackle the tough terrain you'll find off the beaten path.

Ready to Handle Large Amounts of Towing and Payload

The 2023 Ford F-350 continues to push the limits on what a one-ton truck can accomplish. Thanks to the revamped and improved powertrains, the F-350 is more capable than ever before. When it comes to towing and trailering, the F-350 has a max trailering capacity of up to 38,000 lbs when configured in dual rear-wheel drive with the 6.7-liter High-Output Power Stroke turbo-diesel engine. This makes the Ford F-350 excellent for large hauls, whether it be livestock, farming equipment, or construction material.

Segment-defining trailering is matched with the best-in-class high payload capacity. Configured with the Heavy-Duty Payload Package, the 2023 F-350 is capable of managing a total payload capacity of up to 8,000 lbs when you have it paired with the 7.3-liter Godzilla V8 engine. This gives you all kinds of options when it comes to what you can haul in the rear bed, which is available either as a standard 6.8-foot bed or as an 8.2-foot bed. You can also have the cab configured in three different formats depending on what you need the truck for, including the two-door Regular Cab, the SuperCab, or the four-door Crew Cab.

    Going Beyond Just Hauling Cargo

The F-350 is more than just for towing and payloads, though. You can also make use of the many internal and external features for utilitarian purposes, such as the Pro Power Onboard functionality that is now available for Ford's Super Duty trucks. This turns the F-350 into a mobile power facility, with up to 2.0 kilowatts of output power with accessible outlets available both in the cab and in the rear bed. You can use the Pro Power Onboard for powering tools, work equipment, flood lights, and more. You can also make use of the onboard scales system with Smart Hitch technology to easily estimate your cargo load so you never exceed the limits.

The Power Tailgate not only allows for easy access into the bed box with a three-inch lower tailgate step but also automatically raises and lowers based on the press of a button from the center console inside the truck. Available trailer cameras and tailgate navigation also make it easier than ever to hitch cargo to the F-350 from inside the truck. Added accessibility and convenience features also raise the capabilities of the F-360 multi-fold, such as the integrated bumper-steps to reach the integrated side-box storage compartments, perfect for keeping equipment, tools, or other personal items inside the storage compartments of the truck without them being exposed in the rear bed.

  • Technology

Top-Tier Tech for on and off the Job Site

The technology that powers the 2023 Ford F-350 is state of the art. This includes all of the standard assortment of utility and safety tech, such as the PowerScope trailer tow mirrors, the 360-degree trailer camera system, as well as the blind spot information system when you have trailers attached either by a fifth-wheel or a gooseneck hitch. This ties into the Ford Co-Pilot360 suite featuring front and rear emergency braking with pre-collision assist and forward collision warning, along with a reverse sensing system and built-in navigation as part of the SYNC 4 infotainment suite.

F-350 owners can also take advantage of work-related tech features, such as access to business tools for business owners via the Ford Pro Fleet Management Software. This can help with all sorts of work-related truck management and ties in nicely with the all-new Ford Pro Upfit Integration System. This is designed to allow those who run a business to use Ford's over-the-air updates and cloud management technologies to add digital utility buttons to the center-console HD touchscreen. These custom buttons can then be used to seamlessly add hardware functionality through networking software, all while having safety checks in place to ensure that everything is done as safely as possible while minimizing risk and confusion. It's the next evolution in commercial truck upfitting, elevating the segment for heavy-duty truck drivers to make it easier than ever to make use of your hardware through software.

    Connected to the Network

You can also quickly access network and navigation features thanks to the integration of 5G capability provided by AT&T and Qualcomm Technologies. You can connect up to ten different unique smart devices wirelessly via the F-350's mobile Wi-Fi hotspot functionality. Whether for work or play, you'll also have blazing-fast connectivity while on the go in the 2023 F-350. This works in conjunction with the Ford Pro networking features so you can always keep your truck up to date and with the latest software improvements to stay on the cutting edge of commercial trucking.

Convenience is also a big part of the 2023 Ford F-350's tech line-up. From the remote start system to power windows with rear defrost and a universal garage door opener, you have plenty of tech features to make the driving experience both rich and comfortable. The added availability of Apple CarPlay and Android Auto integration, as well as SiriusXM Radio with 360L support, adds to the enjoyment factors, while the availability of the Bang & Olufsen B&O surround sound system with 18-speakers and HD Radio can take the in-cabin experience of the F-350 to the next level. Regardless of where you're driving or who you're driving with, the 2023 F-350 provides a comfortable, exciting, highly functional, tech-rich experience from start to finish of your daily travels.
